A program built around real teenage lives

Our teen Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to support you during this important time, offering structured care, compassionate guidance, and the resources you need to take meaningful steps toward healing—while still maintaining your daily responsibilities.

Our Mission

When a teen is struggling, the whole family feels it.

Maybe it's anxiety that's kept them out of school. A mood that's changed since last year. Conflict at home that keeps escalating no matter what you try.

Weekly talk therapy alone isn't always enough — and a hospital stay is more than most teens need. An Intensive Outpatient Program sits in between: real structure and real support, without pulling your teen out of their life.

Our Teen Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) includes:

IOP Group Therapy 5 - 3 days a week
Structured, therapist-led group sessions focused on topics such as emotional regulation, relapse prevention, healthy communication, and stress management. These groups create a supportive environment where your teen can heal and grow alongside peers facing similar challenges.

IOP Individual Counseling
Personalized, one-on-one therapy with licensed professionals to address the underlying issues impacting your teen's mental health. These sessions are designed to help your teen build self-awareness, resilience, and long-term coping strategies.

IOP Family Support
We work with parents and caregivers throughout treatment — helping rebuild trust, improve communication, and equip the whole family to support your teen's recovery long after each session ends.

IOP Resources and Referrals and school resources
Our IOP includes access to comprehensive support services, including referrals for psychiatric care, medication management, housing support, employment resources, and higher or lower levels of care as needed.

Our teen IOP Foundation

Initial IOP Assessment
Your teen's journey begins with a comprehensive intake assessment conducted by our clinical team. This allows us to understand the specific challenges, goals, and history behind what they're facing — so we can build a treatment plan tailored to them, not a generic program.

Flexible IOP Scheduling
We know school, sports, and family life don't stop during treatment. That's why our Adolescent IOP offers morning, afternoon, and virtual evening sessions, so care fits around your teen's schedule instead of replacing it.

Confidential and Supportive IOP Environment
Your teen's privacy and emotional safety are top priorities. Every session takes place in a confidential, non-judgmental space where they can feel safe, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.
